Deposit Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

The Zulu Store offers deposit payment options on select products and services available through the Zulu Store. By selecting a deposit payment option, you agree to the following Deposit Policy.

Deposit Payments

Certain products may be purchased by paying a deposit at checkout. The required deposit amount and the remaining balance due will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Payment of a deposit reserves your purchase but does not constitute payment in full unless otherwise stated.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified for the product or service.

Depending on the payment option selected, the remaining balance may:

  • Be automatically charged to the payment method used at checkout, if authorized by the customer; or
  • Be collected through a separate invoice or payment request issued by The Zulu Store.

The applicable payment method will be disclosed before checkout.

Authorization to Charge

By choosing a deposit payment option, you acknowledge and authorize The Zulu Store to collect the remaining balance in accordance with the payment schedule presented at checkout and this Deposit Policy.

This authorization applies only to the outstanding balance for the specific purchase and does not authorize unrelated future charges.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits reserve inventory, production capacity, event participation, or other limited resources.
  • Cancellation of an order does not entitle the purchaser to a refund of the deposit.

Failed Payments

If a remaining balance payment cannot be processed due to an expired, declined, or invalid payment method, the purchaser remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

The Zulu Store reserves the right to contact the purchaser to obtain an alternate payment method.

Failure to Complete Payment

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the stated due date may result in one or more of the following:

  • Cancellation of the order or reservation;
  • Loss of any reserved inventory or participation rights;
  • Forfeiture of the deposit paid;
  • Ineligibility for future deposit payment options, where permitted.

Product Availability

Products purchased with a deposit remain subject to availability until the order is fully paid if expressly disclosed on the product page.

Where inventory has been specifically reserved for the purchaser, The Zulu Store will make reasonable efforts to honor the reservation once the deposit has been received.

Changes to Orders

Requests to modify products, quantities, colors, sizes, or other order details after a deposit has been paid are subject to availability and approval by The Zulu Store.

Additional charges may apply.

Refunds

If The Zulu Store is unable to fulfill an order for reasons within our control, any payments received, including deposits, will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Policy Changes

The Zulu Store reserves the right to update or modify this Deposit Policy at any time. Changes will not affect deposits already accepted unless required by law.
