All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products sold through the Zulu Memorabilia Store.

Exceptions
- Exceptions to this policy will only be made in the following situations:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please report it to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it.
